GreenPepper has its own database to store multiple data such as executions results, references and so on.
There are two different ways to install GreenPepper:

Installation TypeNote
Quick InstallThis will automatically setup an embedded database.
This configuration is not recommended for a production environment. It should only be used for an evaluation/tryout purpose.
Custom InstallThis will allow you to setup GreenPepper to use an external DBMS via a JNDI name. You need to have the JDBC drivers installed first.
